Artist Profile
• I travelled in Europe for 4 years looking at the art, places and architecture.
• I was given the opportunity to learn from and work with one of Germany's most eminent landscape and portrait artists at the Dresden Academy of Art. His name, Siegfried Klotz supplied me with a studio free of charge at the Academy, where I completed my Master of Arts Degree. Siegfried died on February 2 nd 2004 in Dresden. Oskar Kokoshka was a tutor at the Academy in Dresden.
• I was invited to work at a Symposium of Internationally acclaimed Ceramicists in a tiny village on the East German border / Chek Republic.
• I attended lectures and gallery openings in Dresden, Berlin and Budapest. I exhibited my artworks in Dresden and Berlin at the Ministry for Foreign Affairs, in both cities.
• I assisted students to complete their VCE Art at Worawa Aboriginal College.
